These are huge houses owned by private citizens, who lease their properties for a few days, a week or even months. Mansions are well equipped with modern electronic devices and have swimming pools, air conditioning, private bathrooms  plus maiden services at disposal. You would be in touch with local owners, who can assist you any time, in addition to our local travel agency rep who takes care of you  from arrival to departure.
